GEO-zones

GEO-zones are nationally defined (droneguide at Skeyes.be website and the maps will disappear from January 1st, 2021).

Deviations from the general rules for reasons of safety, security, environment or privacy.

New maps will be available from January 1st, 2021 on https://map.droneguide.be.

Each zone has its own do's and don'ts:

  • Only certain drones
  • Flight authorisation
  • Only certain pilots
  • Only up to 20 m.

ALL FLIGHTS CATEGORIES (open, specific, certified) NEED TO COMPLY!

New: GEO-awareness, map identical to GEO-zones

  • Embedded map and pilot warning
  • Not geo-fencing of DJI
  • Pilot is responsible for update prior to each flight.
