Multi-Mission Tactical Air Defense & C-RAM Radar System
The TMMR-38 is a combat proven tactical radar system for air surveillance, Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD), and Counter- Rocket, Artillery & Mortar (C-RAM) missions.
Designed for highly mobile maneuvering forces, the radar detects, tracks and classifies a wide variety of low and high speed aerial targets such as low flying fighter aircraft, helicopters, UAS, gliders and hovering platforms as well as low Radar Cross Section (RCS) rockets, artillery and mortar shells.
The system is based on Gallium Nitride (GaN) 3D Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) planar antennas. The system is installed on high mobility vehicles and operates in a mobile (On-the- Move) or stationary mode.
It can be deployed as a local air defence system providing warning and target designation to Surface-to-Air and Surface-to- Surface weapon systems, including SHORAD, VSHORAD and artillery guided munition, and as an air surveillance Gap-Filler.
Data from the radar is securely delivered to command and control centers to provide Situational Awareness Pictures (SAP).
In addition, COMINT, ELINT, IFF and EO sensors can be integrated with TMMR-38 to provide an expanded detection envelope, quicker response, better accuracy and lower false alarm rates.
